Do you offer refund?
We accept refunds only if product received is defective or damaged upon delivery and is still in its original packaging. We must be informed within 3 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund. If applicable for a refund, there are certain cases where only partial refund is granted if:
such item does not appear to be in the condition upon delivery, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

YES! Purchased items can be exchanged within 3days after delivery.
I got the wrong size..what do I do?
You can exchange the size, however, you may not exchange to other items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s).
How long does it take to receive the exchanged item?
Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All exchanged items will be sent out via standard delivery at an extra cost of 50THB per order.
Important Note :
You may not exchange if Item(s), once returned, are not in the same condition as delivered. It must also be in the original packaging ; with hygiene liners still intact and SwimWare hangtag attached.
If denied for an exchange, you must pay 50THB to have such item(s) posted back.
